EDS exhibited exemplary Construction Management skills and professionalism when they rescued this complex project after it fell behind schedule and went over budget. Their ability to work with the owners and the architect to bring the project under control and devise less costly approaches to key design features while assuring the integrity of the library’s historic design, exhibited the expertise and leadership required of professional construction managers.
