Project Timeline

Started the earthwork in August 2008 so the footings and foundation walls could be installed before winter.

The walls and first floor precast was on before the cold and snow came on December 1, 2008.

Roof precast started February 11, 2009 using two cranes. Molin Concrete helped us a gain a week and finish before a winter storm.

Completed on Time: Saved over $548,000.00 that was reused for additional items, sidewalks, street lights, benches.
