Situation:
Two investors and two tenants needed resolution in design and be able to open up their business.
They didn’t know where to start!
Remedy:
We brought everyone together, i.e. drawings, landlord, tenant, inspector, electrician, plumber, carpenter. With a fast-track design and everyone working together, the design and construction was completed in six weeks.
