Mike and Laura loved the neighborhood they were in except they were growing out of their house. The kitchen was just too small and the one full bathroom wasn't working for their growing family.
They contacted EDS and we helped them design and build their new addition to include an expansion of their kitchen on the main floor, and add a master bathroom on the second floor. This increased their living space 290 sf.
A letter from Mike LaFave states,... "The best thing we did during the entire process was call Doc at EDS Builders. He immediately calmed us down, helped us design exactly what we wanted and went to work. He encouraged us to stay and we're glad we did. We were involved in every aspect of this remodeling experience."
