The City of Shoreview with Public Works Director Mark Maloney, David Olds,Vice President of Buetow and Associates and Earl “Doc” Smith, President of EDS Builders were awarded with the Project of the Year Award of Excellence by the MCA in the Green/Sustainable Project category for Shoreview’s new Maintenance Center.

CMAA awarded EDS Builders the 2010 Construction Management Project Achievement Award for Buildings, New Construction Project with Constructed Value Less than $10 Million for the Columbia Heights Public Safety Center.
